As a Graduate or Analyst, you are beginning your professional journey. Your focus is on learning our methodologies, understanding client needs, and providing rigorous analytical support to engagement teams. You'll build foundational consulting and technical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Consultants take on increased responsibility, often leading small workstreams or specific deliverables within larger engagements. You will begin to develop a specialization, mentor junior analysts, and contribute more deeply to problem-solving and client presentations.

Senior Consultants are the engine room of project delivery. You manage day-to-day operations of engagements, guide the analysis of your team, and act as a primary point of contact for operational client stakeholders. You also actively contribute to thought leadership and internal practice development.

Managers are responsible for the overall successful delivery of projects. You manage client relationships at middle-management levels, oversee project economics and risk, and begin to actively participate in business development, helping to identify and shape new opportunities.

Senior Managers own larger accounts and complex cross-functional programs. At this level, your focus heavily shifts towards strategic direction, significant sales targets, and fostering long-term, trusted advisor relationships with senior client executives.

Directors provide executive leadership across multiple accounts or a specific market offering. You are recognized industry experts, responsible for driving significant practice growth, shaping major client advisory strategies, and cultivating the next generation of firm leadership.

Partners are the owners and ultimate leaders of the firm. You provide strategic C-suite advisory to our most critical global accounts. You set the vision for the practice area, hold ultimate accountability for risk and quality, and champion the firm's culture and values.
